From the intervention of the Secretary General of the OIEC:

During his speech to the Sub-Regional Assembly, Mr. Philippe RICHARD, the Secretary General, spoke to participants about the vision and activities of the OIEC. For him, the change of our world must go through the Catholic School; hence the challenge addressed to the National Directorates to make the Schools of Humanity workshops and re-create the educational pact promoted by the Holy Father Pope Francis. Regarding the representation of Catholic Education in international forums, he suggested to the Secretary General of OIEC Africa to get closer to the authorities of the African Union. By the end of his speech, he invited the national leaders of the OIEC-AC to participate in the next World Congress of Catholic Education scheduled in New York in the United States on June 5, 6, 7 and 8, 2019.
